standard telephone line to cellular when a telephone
line has been cut or no dial tone is present

to standard telephone line from cellular when service
is restored without interrupting a cellular call in

switching from telco to cellular. Contact closure
can be instantaneous or delayed up to four hours.

or until the fault condition has been corrected.
