The TransTel ML500D™ forms an essential part of critical communications systems for businesses, banks, utilities, government and emergency response agencies. The ML500D™ Multiline Cellular Telephone System is the ideal system for communications systems backup, disaster recovery, security monitoring, and primary or temporary site service applications. The integrated Line Sensor provides automatic rollover to cellular and non-interrupting switching to telco service when the failure clears.

Easy Upgrade to Digital
The new GSM or CDMA ML500D™ digital modules are compatible with the installed base of analog (AMPS) modules in the ML500™ chassis. Ugrading an installed chassis is as simple as swapping an analog module with a new GSM or CDMA digital module.

Interfaces to Existing Telecommunications Equipment
The ML500D™ can be configured for one to five lines per chassis. All transceivers can then be connected to a single, high-gain antenna, the TransTel PentaLink Antenna Combiner™. Multiple chassis are employed to provide the required number of lines for higher density applications.

The ML500D™ is easy to install. The unit is shipped fully assembled and ready for rack mounting. It provides dial tone, ringing voltage, and standard tip and ring connections. An interface allows the use of existing conventional voice equipment such as standard telephones, key systems, and PBX. Backing up your communications system is easy and fast.
